In this posting of yours, I am assuming that you are accusing me of being a hypocrite. Let my have my say on this.
First of all, to refresh your memory, I'd like to say that while I encouraged postings to be those of relevant kind, I did not make it a must to do so as the very foundation of this blog is based on the right of self expression. I do not police this blog and specifically do not remove any post which is not to my or anybody else's taste, so long as basic blogging ethics are adhered to.
I have to admit that I do not read your blog regularly and therefore did not know about your article on Islam and homosexual until a couple of days ago.
I think that I should let you know that although there were calls from certain quarters for me to remove the link from this blog to yours, I refused to do so because I believe in your right to state your opinion on certain issues, and that you have done it within the boundaries of blogging ethics. Whether I agree with your point of view (regarding Islam & homosexual) or not is irrelevant.
My refusal to remove the link proved to be unpopular to some but I have to be fair and consistent with what we all (The Tigers) agreed on how this blog should be handled.
Obviously vivacious disagree with you on this particular issue but I fail to see which part of her posting is considered anti-Islam or that it violates any blogging ethics. If you feel that her views are flawed and distorted, you are more than welcome to rebuke her point by point.
This blog encourages healthy debate but the debate should stick to the issues and personal attacks should be avoided at all costs.
If the both of you wishes otherwise, I suggest doing it at some other places, but not on this blog.
This blog is meant to foster friendship, not to destroy it.
All I'm saying is that TTDI Tigers consists of different groups of people. Be considerate of other people's feelings lah.
You guys know I'm a Muslim, so didn't it occur to you that I'd be just as offended as Yudhis?
Where did I get the idea that vivacious was against Islam? From my blog. With that I apologise if I brought some of my emotions from my blog to here.
You can write a post asking about Islam what you don't understand. I'm fine with that. But when you straight away post a link to a video of a woman who obviously hates Islam without YOU stating your own views, of course I would automatically think that you agree with her.
If vivacious wanted to ramble on about issues she has with Islam on HER BLOG, then go ahead. She has the right to do so.
I'm not attacking Che because he wrote it on his blog and not here.
I didn't write about my views on homosexuality on this blog because I knew that one of us was gay.
About the call to remove my link, thanks a lot Greg for not doing so.
However, since I believe in fair democracy, if the majority feels that I should be excluded from this group, then so be it.
If you want to exclude me just because I have my own views and was thoughtful/mindful/considerate enough to not post them here for fear of hurting your feelings, then go ahead and exclude me.

b) My best friend in the whole wide world is a Muslim. Don’t you think that before I say anything i would want to jeopardise 10+ yrs of friendship? The thing is Shah you don’t know me. If you ask anyone who knows me they wld tell u that I have one of the most diverse group of friends. But I don’t need to justify anything to you. Especially when u want to judge someone who is gay. I do take that personally as I have gay friends n they are one of the nicest people on earth.
c) Hellooo I like live in the UK, Scotland. Glasgow was under attack few months ago. And during the London Bombings I flew out 2 days after that. You think It doesn’t concern me THINK AGAIN. My job involves travel in and out of Airports. So if Nik can post about a bridge = concerning his life if he lived in NYC, he cant post abt 9-11 ke because you might say oh dont attack me?
d) Btw Shah Im not opposed against Islam. I think its you that cant differentiate btw the ISSUE AND THE PERSON= religious ties. Its the issue that YOU had against homos. NOT YOUR RELIGION. And btw the homo thing was not even brought here in the tiger blog you started it.
