Lagu Duit Kopi (Malaysia Coffee-Money Song)

Lagu Duit Kopi (Malaysia Coffee-Money Song)

Yo, mana boleh dapat duit kopi?
Lu kena cari Datuk atau Tan sri.
Ada Datuk Tan Sri ada duit kopi,
lu orang mesti cepat cepat pi cari....

Ini zaman semua bayar duit kopi,
ACA hari hari cakap tak cukup bukti,
Itu government macam cibai puki,
Kasi lu tunggu sampai lu mati...

Melayu, Cina, India sama Orang Asli,
Semua pun boleh accept duit kopi,
Dapat duit kopi, semua orang happy,
Malaysia ini sangat harmony...

(Chorus)
Tolong jangan buang sampah di sini,
Banyak sampah tourist tak mau mari,
Tak ada tourist, tak ada money.
Duit kopi, lagi third world mentality,
Mana boleh ada Vision twenty-twenty...

(repeat lyrics)

*taken from http://uncyclopedia.org/wiki/Malaysia - ini memang site gempaq gila babi... aku sudah buang masa sampai setengah jam baca site ini... kalau lu orang bosan , mesti melayari site ini , http://uncyclopedia.org .....

pukul 3

sedar tak sedar sudah pukul tiga,
sampai masa untuk bersukaria,
hmmm..kemana perginya semua?
dah ketandusan idea?

pi mai pi mai tang tu,
baik korang 'salute' aku,
kata nak bikin haiku,
porah!korang balik minum susu!!

malam ini malam selasa,
sesuai untuk merabab-raba,
kita meraba apa sahaja,
janji bukan sendiri yang punya... hahahahha

malam rabu malam mabuk,
marilah singgah di padang merbuk,
yang tak mahu mabuk..bawalah serbuk,
datang dengan tangan kosong akan ditumbuk!!

maafkan saya, ada panggilan,
rupa - rupanya ada kesulitan,
akal dah kering menemui kebuntuan,
gwa belasah je la..janji jalannn..

Perkataan Hari Ini ( Word of the day!!!!)

Selepas aku tengok video itu tadi , aku tergelak 40 minit... tanpa henti... aku rasa aku dah kurus sikit kat bahagian perut...

rabu lepas.

sampai masa untuk berkisah,
cerita bermula dengan 'kepala',
parang tumpul boleh diasah,
'kepala' tumpul diasah pun tak guna.... hehe

Rabu pagi pergi ke pudu,
Membeli tiket yang belum tentu,
Perasaan cemas memang menganggu,
Oh..OPel Mantaku...

Opel Manta nama diberi,
Kereta uzur ditelan zaman,
Kini ia sudah dibeli,
Akanku sayang sepanjang zaman.

Bermacam macam didalam fikiran,
Bermula dengan pengubahsuaian,
Menukar enjin mengecat oren,
Teringin juga memasang siren,

itu sahaja buat sekarang,
saya ingin pulang ke kamar,
mandi,lepak baru mengarang,
asal batang bergetar - getar?

saya terpaksa bermula awal sedikit kerana di rumah tiada internet..
memandangkan saya masih berada diofis.. apalagi.
selamat malam kawan - kawan , harimau - harimau dan singa betina.

Lets Make It Clear

Since tomorrow is going to be BM day, we should make one thing clear. I think I was having a debate with one of you about BM being Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Malaysia. I guess now we can make it clear. From The Star Newspaper online portal today:

Back to Bahasa Malaysia

newsdesk@thestar.com.my

KUALA LUMPUR: Bahasa Malaysia will again be the official term to be used to refer to the national language.

In a unanimous decision last April, the Cabinet felt that reverting to the term Bahasa Malaysia would help inculcate a sense of belonging for all citizens irrespective of race, said Information Minister Datuk Seri Zainuddin Maidin.

All ministries, public universities and local institutions of higher learning have been directed to inform their relevant departments and agencies to begin using the term Bahasa Malaysia in letters, notices and documents with immediate effect.

It is understood that the heads of the various ministries are sending out these directives following the Cabinet order.

“The Malay language belongs to Malaysians of all races and not just the Malays. The term Bahasa Malaysia would instil a sense of belonging,” Zainuddin told The Star yesterday.

He said the term Bahasa Malaysia was introduced by Tunku Abdul Rahman after the country's independence to inculcate a Malaysian identity.

“It was generally accepted and no one asked for a change until (Datuk Seri) Anwar Ibrahim became the education minister (in 1986).

“He dropped the term Bahasa Malaysia for Bahasa Melayu and it has remained that way. But now, we feel we should go back to the original term,” he said.

“RTM will use the term Bahasa Malaysia to refer to the Malay language from now. I have also instructed all private television and radio stations to comply.

“All newspapers, irrespective of language, will also have to refer to the language as Bahasa Malaysia,” he said.

By using the term Bahasa Malaysia, he said a psychological barrier would be removed, not just for Malays but also other races.

“The Malays, for example, must not see Bahasa Malaysia as a language used (solely) by themselves. If Malays truly want to promote the language regionally or globally, they should not be worried if others use it for religious reasons such as their books and sermons.

“Similarly, non-Malays would also not see the language as a Malay language but a language that belongs to them,” he said.

Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim said the move “is to show that the language does not belong to just one race.”

“This is for national unity,” he said.

Transport Minister Datuk Seri Chan Kong Choy said the decision was most timely “as we celebrate the country’s 50th national day”.

“The term Bahasa Malaysia is more appropriate as it will build a greater sense of nationalism for all Malaysians,” Chan, who is also MCA deputy-president, said.

Concurring, MCA secretary-general Datuk Ong Ka Chuan said the term Bahasa Malaysia was an original one was accepted by most Malaysians.

Okay, so it's been Bahasa Melayu all these while, but I have always been referring to it as Bahasa Malaysia, because rightfully, it is not just the language for the Melayu but for all Malaysians, regardless of race. It's good that they made it clear now.

Oh yeah, Uncle Lim has a few words about this switch.

Operandi Manta 1

a special thanks to my Manta Navigator..Mr. J.Lam.
finally i've manage to upload some of the videos from our 'Ops Manta'
for those who has been reading what Lam posted earlier on.
you'll know that this whole operation took almost 12Hours!!
yeah, from the moment i got Lam to wake and to Yong Len for bfast until..
we've reach KL to yamcha with yudhis.by the time i got home it was about 6.3x p.m.

first of all..the car is still in good condition.do you fellas know how long it took us to drive from kampar to kl?
it cost us bout 3hour+. but it was all worth it.
the aircond was cool but somehow we sweat like cock thru out the drive..

so, im goin to start some 'fixing' session from tomoro onwards.. 4th June 2007.
currently my baby is pitching for a commercial appearance.
if it can get a spot there.
the rental fee is enuff to coverback 3/4 of the car.
so keep your fingers cross and pray hard for me.

urmm..i'll definitely restore the car..both exterior and interior.
we'll start from the paint, currently im looking at a few colors.
i.e metallic sky blue, orange with black stripe over it,
ferrari red and maybe get a base pearl white paint and
then layer it with apple green color.

the engine.. i have 3 choices.. VR4 , Gti 1.8 and a SR20 engine.
before that..i will thrash my existing engine until KO firstla.

the interior..it will accomodate on what color i chose for the car.
it'll probably be a semi-leather seats preferably white or beige..
to maintain a classy look.

i will re-coat the dashboard with black and wood color material.
apparently now they have this kind of service around here. it's dam simple stuff la..
they take out which ever parts that you wants to re-coat,
then they soak it in the 'mold' or whatever it is..
fuuuuuuu!! Brand New dashboard baby!

urm..what else..
ooo...after a having a long thought..i think i will maintin the original tyre.
at first i thought of changing it into a 19inch..cuz my friend can cheap a damm good deal.
but i think its best that i keep the exterior looks as simple and 'ori' as can be.and for the existing rims..i'll probably needs to re chrome it and dats all..tho it's 13/14inch.
but who cares neway.

lastly the sound system, i will have to do some 'serious' sound system la...
maybe can start with 4 x 18inch woofer,4 x 3000 watts back speaker , 2 x 1000 watts front speaker, 2 x 2way 3500watt amp..
so that once i leave sri damansara..
y'all in TTDI knows that im comin.you feelin' me!

BUt all this planning mite change,if someone offer me a higher price to buy my baby.
currently i've posted on the net.and the price is fetching almost up to RM18k. but im not goin to sell my baby anytime soon la..at least drive for another year or 2...

so with this i present to you
the making and behind the scenes of
'Operandi Manta 2007'
peace y'all.

The Beginning.

The Pit Stop.

Almost There.

The Fellowship....

hmmm...

it feels like this blog is getting 'slower' by the day.why ah? neway tuesday is nearing. :)

come on ler..y'all post some stuff la..any stuff will do.

just like the Master says.. ------->

30th May 2007 - Opel Manta... Part 2

sorry for the delay....

_______________________________________________________________________________

we reached Kampar at about 11am.... Rajen wants to eat... again.. come on man.. we just had breakfast before getting on the Metro bus... We walked over to the 'food court'... it's only about 2 minutes walk... the place is huge... didn't take any photos of that place... i regret not bringing along my digital camera...

We sat down at one corner of the whole place...ordered our food.. Rajen had the cheapest Char Koay Teow in Malaysia... I had some Hor Fun...

-> Rajen's food... the Char Koay Teow is only RM 2 man.. it's the same bloody price with the bus ticket to kota raya... ahahhaha

While eating , Rajen called the seller , Mr Peter , and asked him to meet us at the food court.... we finished eating , we went outside to see if he's there... after about 20 seconds , Mr Peter came honking in the soon-to-be-Rajen's Manta...

The car is cool... very old school... nothing is changed on the outside... still original.. Peter is suprised to see that me too have a goatee... can't a chinese man have facial hair??? he seems to be a nice person... then we went on to the car registration people to change the ownership of the car to Rajen... everything is so near in Kampar... it's just like a 2 minutes drive away..

We were there for about 45 minutes... Peter talked alot... maybe a bit too much.. i got bored at times... but he said something which made an impression... he said that we're still very young and 'WE HAVE GOT Nothing TO LOSE!!!'... very very true.... anyway , he got that phrase from some local TV game show...

We went back to Peter's house to lepak after that... again.. it's about 2 minutes drive... oh yeah... for the whole journey in the manta , i was at the back seat... it's like a freaking moving sauna man... and as a champion , I wore a black 'Saosin' t-shirt... which helped me absorb more heat from the direct sunlight... -you've got to pay to look cool in a black t-shirt

Peter's wife gave us 100 plus to drink (thank god)... they are a simple family.. simple house , helping their children to babysit their grandchildren while the baby's parent works in KL... their daughter is working in singapore...

Peter showed Rajen some vital information on how to operate that delicate piece of 'junk' called Manta.... Rajen will be the third owner... it's almost a 30 years old car... all the parts are still the original parts... of course it's delicate... it looks fragile from certain angle...

-> Mr Peter...the friendly con artist in disguise..

-> Mustang look-alike...

-> mean , lean , machine...

-> the logo damn cool right??

ok... this post is abit too long... damn bosan for me to type already...i've sum it up quickly ok...

After Peter's house , Rajen wanted to drive to 'town' again to change the engine oil and everything else...but the driver's seat just won't budge.. end up , Peter drove us again...

We changed the engine oil , air filter , i think that's all... oh yeah.. the engine oil change only cost Rajen RM 5 for his workmanship... We had lunch (eat again... i think there's seriously nothing much to do in Kampar besides eating...) saw 2 cute cute girls at the restaurant.. as usual , didn't do anything regarding that...

-> the engine...

-> the car with the hood opened...

-> The sohai with the car..

-> the mechanics..

-> the side view..

Now it's time for Rajen to drive..

RAJEN!!! you continue from here....

*the uploading tools for blogger sucks isn't?? including the blog posting interface...

30th May 2007 - Opel Manta... Part 1

Below is a duplicate of my post on my blog ... since i didn't post anything here recently , i'll just post it here as well.. it serve more purpose here than in my blog...

___________________________________________________________________________

Since Rajen have not posted anything on the Manta , I'll post something up for you guys to read..

30th May 2007 , 6.30am..... Rajen called me 14 times on my handphone to wake me up. I got up at the 15th time... my lights are still on , my phone is next to my PC... still charging... sorry rajen , the phone too far , can't hear you calling...

He's behind my house , outside my window , smoking... I was damn blur.. i rushed to the toilet and got myself ready in record time... meet Rajen outside my house... he's waiting at the end of the road.. the sky is still bloody dark... cold air blowing all around me... damnit.. this is the first time i got up so early this year..

We went over to Yong Len for breakfast... it's about 6.45am... I'm suprised it's open.. but the only shop which is ready to serve us is the Yong Tau Foo shop... so we had a quick breakfast and head on to the bus-stop... waited for a bus to Kota Raya ...

* i think this post will be a long one... read on if you want to..

After years of not using our 'efficient' public transport , we managed to get on the correct bus to Kota Raya..
-> RM 2... damnit.. it's expensive.. i remember taking the Intrakota to Kota Raya for 80 cents??

We reached Kota Raya about 7.30am.. walked all the way to Pudu Station (not that far).. along the way , there's like a dozen ticket-pusher preying on us like vultures... asking us to buy tickets from them.. scary wei... we declined their offers.. Rajen got us tickets from one of the counters in Pudu ... just in time for the 8 am bus... They are quite good... we left the station at 8am sharp.. The bus stopped at Bidor and Tapah before dropping us at Kampar.. i slept in the bus most of the time...

-> This is how the bus looks like... not bad laaa... not that comfortable to sleep in but what the hell la..

we reached Kampar about 11am...

**damnit... this journey is too long to write in 1 post... I'll stop here for now... it's already 4am.. i need to work tomorrow.. so i'll continue tomorrow... sorry guys..

On Im Selling on Ebay Again

God what happend to the blog !

Guys am selling this on ebay if anyone is interested.
Got it at a garage sale years ago. Hardly ever played so am selling it.
This is also in line with my efforts to get rid of all my stuff that I didnt use in this last 2 yrs.
Also I have stopped buying things for the past 1 year unless i really really need it.
Pretty Drastic measure huh. I have to minimize things plus you can only have so many things ! I usually throw out stuff or as they say spring clean twice every year. Becasue if I have to move I have to pack and ship all my stuff.
I hardly have anything kept at home in Malaysia.
I know you guys prob have most of your stuff back in your chilhood room. I shipped my whole life here few years back. I can still remember when I came back after a year working here I packed up the whole room and my dad stood at the door and said ''so you really are taking everything and going to make a life out there huh''... I then opened up the cupboard to reveal a huge pile clothes, most of my baju kebaya's hanging, and a drawer full of those little nick knacks and then he smiled. Knowing that I will always be Daddy's little girl and I will always have him to come back to.

SO BID OK !

Love and Light
The Lioness xoxo

Ps: Today I had my first practical UK driving lesson. Msian drivers cant be converted. No big surprise there ! Anywas the car I drove was quite cool for a medium sized car. I always think that they give you really crappy old cars (Maybe this is the Malaysian driving schools) but mine was a fairly new Silver Renault Megan Turbo 1.5 Diesel ,no key just card and starts with a button ! You can Google Image the car if you are interested. On btw I have to book my practical test online ! HOW COOL IS THAT !!!!

satu lagi foremost

quick question. why am i "grand master tiger"? I didn't notice till now.

Pantun sommore meh?

Otak cair liao.
More poetry meh?

I digress. The topic i wanted to touch on was:
I was chatting with eugene for a little bit just now, and apparently most of us tigers have known each other for about 11 years. (from form1)
Some go back as far as 18 years (counting kindergarten - i cant remember which of you kids all went to either chim or diyana).

Holy hot balls!
18 years is an entire persons lifetime. If anyone asks you a time when you DID'NT know So-and-so, your answer would be: i was 6 years old. I have absolutely no memory of a time in my life when i did not know this person.

Another brief:
Apparently, most people are considered "self-actualized" in their early to mid 20's. With most of us turning a ripe 24 this year, our personalities and emotional habits have been hardwired in our brains. This is it. Our personalities will not change (in general) till the day we die.

I just hope i don't die an asshole.

PS: Happy early birthday shoutout to chef-tiger (?) Eugene. 06/02/83 represent!

The sound of silence

Problem here must be serious
In sight not a single being
Which makes me so damn curious
Why did everyone stopped writing?

Pantun Encore

This is just because I missed out last night..
hehehe

Hari Selasa, hari bahasa
Warga blog syok berbalas pantun
Pantun semua memperli sahaja
Mana pergi itu sopan santun

Pantun greg emo gila
Lam pula layan bosan kat tempat kerja
Ini pantun takde makna
Jangan asyik singgung hati kawan sahaja

Yudhis, I'm on your side man. No more negative posts on Yudhis on this blog by myself.
Promise.
We love you man...

Post-Mortem & Damage Control

Okay, it's already Wednesday back in Malaysia, which means Hari Bahasa Malaysia is over. I thank everyone of you for participating in this thing and as the Master Tiger said, it was pretty successful.

Also, I was alerted about what happened back home earlier regarding the pantuns we made. After reading everything I've came to the conclusion the we, the participants in this blog were indeed at fault to what has happened here.

To Yudhis, on behalf of everyone on this blog, we offer you our sincerest apology for what we have written in this blog the past 24 hours. We were just having too much fun and we got carried away, forgetting the golden rule of blogging here. Though none of us meant it as an insult in anyway, the fact that it made you unhappy and upset meant that we had done something very wrong. While we are committed to the right of freedom of expression for all bloggers here, we do not condone what we did on Tuesday. As an act of retribution, I will remove any post or comments that you want to be removed. Again, please accept our sincerest apology. We meant no harm.

I can assure you and everyone else that this will not happen again. All bloggers please take note. Have fun, but don't get carried away.

Barring this incident, I think we can continue to have Tuesdays as our BM day. I suggested sajak for next week but the lioness suggested haiku instead, which i think is more fun, though it'll be slightly tougher than pantun. Also please remember that ALL POST & COMMENTS on that day must be in BM. I'll make an exception this week for the post by Yudhis earlier for obvious reasons.

Your's truly,
Chief Tiger

wednesday already? awhhhh...

Aummmmmm....!!!!

it was a great tuesday.thank you guys for making it Happened!!!

probably 1 of the best session ever since this blog started. Cheers.

well , it's been a while since we all last 'berpantun'..

the only time i can recall was during Form 5. where we

use pantun to 'ayat' all the chikus..hehe

it kinda make me missed 'those' days..

well at least y'all still got the touch..

looking forward for next tuesday..
